Select another one, if you want to replace the looks of a certain tracktype from another railtypes newgrf. Currently this is only known to work together with NuTracks. Note that selecting to emulate any rail type here, does NOT impose any speed settings; that has to be done by the NewGRF which actually defines that railtype.
